This file includes the updater that is used to deliver the game files to your pc as well as install all coming updates in the game. After downloading, execute the selfextractor and specify the directory where you want the game to be installed. Afterwards, run Update.exe from inside that directory. The sychronization may take a while as it needs to download all of the game files if done for the first time. After completion, you can start playing. If the game gets patched, you will be told to tun Update.exe again during login. It will only load differences, so rerunning Update.exe will be completed faster.

These are the VC 2010 runtimes. You need them to run CU. Just download and install it.

DirectX

If you don't have DirectX installed, or an older version of it, you have to install it. Note that there are several version of DirectX. You need at least the version from February 2010.
I assembled the single files of the DirectX setup to one selfextractor. Just let it extract itself and run the created DXSETUP.exe. Afterwards it should work.
If you don't have this or a newer DirectX version installed you will get an error telling you that "the runtime had to terminate in an unusual way", or something equivalent. So if you get this message and haven't installed this DirectX, try installing it. Otherwise report the problem to the forum. Thank you. :)

.NET Framework

If you don't have the .net framework installed, or an older version of it, you have to install it. Note that there are several versions of the .net Framework. You need at least "4.0" or newer.
If you don't have this or a newer version installed you will get an error telling you that "the runtime had to terminate in an unusual way", or something equivalent. So if you get this message and haven't installed the .net Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1, try installing it. Otherwise report the problem to the forum. Thank you. :)
